A part recorded/ part live epic, the Totally Tits Adventure of Poot -- or just POOT for short --follows the wacky journey of a kidnapped heiress who realizes the worst thing ever... that the world has problems. The Totally Tits Adventures of Poot is presented as part of Philadelphia SoLow Festival 2023 and will play from June 22 - 25th, 2023 at VOX POPULI GALLERY.

This mixed-media experience is inspired by the kidnapping of Patty Hearst, the Simple Life with Paris Hilton, and all other tidbits of history and pop culture that take up space in any ‘sane’ person’s mind.

ARTIST BIOS:

ANDREW MIQUELI

Andrew is a Philadelphia based, Latino writer & producer for all sorts of entertainment: plays, pilots, short films, comedic sketches, and more. He received a BFA in Directing, Playwriting & Production from the University of the Arts. With a shameless love of trashy pop culture, a DIY -guerilla type of attitude, and a twinge of ridiculousness, Andrew is a collaborator who actively strives to make theater more cinematic and cinema more theatrical.

MONTI CERABINO

Monti is a director and producer based in Philly focused on creating and curating exciting and engaging theatrical events of new and captivating work. He is a graduate of The University of the Arts with a BFA in Directing, Playwriting, and Production. He guides the audience to the transformative space that is live theater and does so with an encouraging hand, creating theater that reaches past the fourth wall and touches its audience; either with its side-splitting humor or with questions for them to interrogate and unravel on their walk home.
