Rough Man’s Playground: The Carousel

How do we move between self-reflection, outside perception, and archetypal projection to form selves? As you dance amidst a carousel of mirrors, this workshop asks you to listen to desire in merging these strategies of self-creation.

Together, we research:

What selves do you construct when immersed in self-reflection?

What selves do you construct when immersed in collective perception? 

Using movement and language improvisation, mirror play and collective witness, we will flit between these two extremes to move toward pleasure in all modes as we grow into porous, collaborative, attuned masculinities. 

This is an all-levels movement class, no dance experience required.
