This workshop approaches the sick, horizontal, pained body-mind as a position of imagination and speculation. The workshop will combine dance, somatic exercises, and crip theory text to explore sick positionality and world-building. In this workshop the sick body is a horizon line to reimagine queer crip club space, sociality, and sensation. Because... "When you are so often lying down, you are also so often looking up."
